MAC performs the following functions when acquiring a new or used aircraft

Mission and Operations Profile

MAC assists the client in defining your mission requirements and selecting a short list or a single aircraft that best suits those needs based on cabin configuration, interior weight and passenger capacity, aircraft range and performance, and optional equipment.

Independent Market Analysis
 
Once an aircraft type has been chosen, MAC investigates and reviews the market for the target aircraft and provides detailed information to the client in order to facilitate and assist in the decision making process. Such information includes available aircraft, prices, specifications, photographs, current status, and estimated delivery times in order to narrow the selection process to suitable aircraft.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Following the client's selection of a specific aircraft, MAC will perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection of the aircraft at a selected completion center (for a new aircraft) or at a maintenance facility (for a pre-owned aircraft). The evaluation consists of a detailed physical inspection, coupled with a thorough examination of all aircraft documentation, culminating in a Pre-Purchase Inspection report.

Commercial Finance Assistance

MAC has contact with key individuals in numerous commercial finance institutions and can assist the customer in the submission and analysis of proposals.

Contract Negotiations
 
In conjunction with the client, MAC will prepare a negotiation strategy for the acquisition of the aircraft. This includes assisting the customer's attorneys and tax advisors in preparing a Purchase Agreement that protects the client's interests.
