Specification Development

A key to a successful project lies in MAC's ability to ensure that a significant level of detail regarding floor plan layout, component selection, interior options, accessibility, galley details, etc. is contained in the Completion Specification.

Program Management

Overall program management consists of monitoring the critical path schedule, participating in vendor and program reviews, and proactively identifying and solving major issues before they manifest themselves. Close attention is paid to quality, cost and schedule when dealing with any issue, including Change Orders.

 

Interior Inspections

Quality inspections of all interior components are conducted in order to ensure compliance with the expected standards while meeting contractual obligations. The cabinets, seats, galley, and so forth are all thoroughly inspected for fit, form and function. Snags raised from these inspections are carefully noted and remedial action taken.
